FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What can you help me with?

Our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy are experts on a variety of conditions including:

  • Management of joint, muscle, tendon, ligament, or bone injuries

  • Surgical rehabilitation

  • Chronic pain conditions (Migraines, neck pain, low back pain)

  • Mobility, strength, and balance deficits in adults of advanced age

  • Neurological conditions affecting daily activities

2. Where is your clinic located?

The unique factor of our “clinic” is that we do not have one! All evaluation and treatment is performed in the patients home or other setting of their choosing, minimizing the barriers to receiving care and adding convenience rarely found in the health care world! You tell us where you live or want to be treated, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy will meet you there at your chosen time with all the necessary tools for evaluation and treatment.

3. Does this cost more than clinic-based Physical Therapy?

No! There is no additional cost for this “concierge” style of care compared with a typical outpatient clinic setting.

4. Do you accept my insurance?

We are contracted with Medicare in addition to a growing number of insurance plans to help ease the financial burden of care to our patients. Unfortunately, we are not able to contract with ALL plans at this time, but if we find that we are not contracted with your plan, we will assist you in utilizing out-of-network benefits as applicable!

5. Do I need a referral?

State laws do not require a referral to seek the care of a Physical Therapist. This is the case for the vast majority of cases, however there are a select few insurance plans that require a Physician referral in order for them to cover these services. We will let you know if this is the case!
